Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with our book. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our book, but if it arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement copy.
You must notify us of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at TheMeltingWords@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
Once we verify the damage, we will send you a replacement copy at no additional cost, subject to availability.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective books.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or if you simply dislike the book.
3. Processing Your Refund
After we approve your refund request, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
The refund amount will be for the cost of the book. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
Please note that the refund may take 7 business days to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your bank's policies.
4. Cancellations
Once the order is placed, we don't allow cancellations.
